For The Love Of Cg.
For those unfamiliar with Cg., it stands for Colour Group and is a crew that originates from Aarau in Switzerland, with two particularly productive members: Bobaj who makes all of their videos but also spends a lot of time in Barca and on trips with the Gronze lot, and Michael Brunner, who’s half-retro, half-futuristic bag of tricks caught our attention from the early days of the mag. In 2012 Kryštof Ondrejek (one of the crew’s OGs) was in an accident that left him in a wheel chair, leading him to turn the Cg. into a tight little clothing brand. This video is a nod to Krys’ determination to get out there with his mates regardless (he filmed a lot of the 16mm and High-8 stuff): ‘now after a long fight I’m back with the homies in the streets – in a different way but it feels great to be able to still be involved somehow. This is my way to say thank you to all the homies! For the love of Cg.’
