Bohdan Porada “Sober” part

To be honest, I can’t even imagine skating in a country that’s in the middle of a war with Russia, but Bohdan Porada has done just that in his native country of Ukraine. A little from Bohdan:

For each of us, a full-scale Russian military invasion was a lot of stress and we could only dream of the old life, skateboarding and filming. After the liberation of Kyiv, I left my city of Lubny, where I had been for four months, and went to Kyiv, where with my friend Stefan we started to shoot all the material for this part, despite the rocket attacks … the exception was a couple of lines that were filmed in the city of Dnipro, when we went to the contest there.
Filming took place from about the beginning of June to October and I can say that this was the best time, because in this difficult period for my country, only skateboarding gives me a breath of fresh air and a sense of normalcy!”

Right on Bohdan… Stay safe!
