There are a million reasons to watch Ben’s latest burst of (predominantly) Parisian effervescence, and the way he manages to capture the sentiment described in there by Gonz is of course one of them, but it’s the Kev footage that really did it for us this time. Just watching him fluidly launch into and out of grinds with that same inimitable spring he first charmed us with all those years ago, still out there seeing spots no one else sees and slamming away like there’s no tomorrow… Plus the editing was particularly brilliant in that chunk: probably some of the densest 40ish seconds of skateboarding ever and every morsel of information you take in leaves you begging for more.
