In an age where the limits of what’s technically possible on a skateboard are relentlessly getting pushed back, it’s pretty refreshing to see Annecy’s new generation of 50-50 fanatics (the spiritual children of Lucien Genand) continue to obsess about how shit feels, combing the streets of their city (the 561st largest in France lol) to find and create all sorts of wild and wonderful spot configurations for ‘simple’ tricks. Excited to see what this lot produces in the next few years…
